The Muslim Association of South Africa (MASA) in collaboration with The Yunus Emre Institute Turkish Cultural Center is collecting for the urgent requirement of accommodation for the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey. The weather is bitterly cold.

For an amount of R8k you can sponsor a heavy duty tent (which sleeps 4 people).

An appeal is made to donate generously at this time of great need and we will see the good of it in Aakhirat InshAllah.

Alhamdullilah, today we sent *214 Heavy Duty Tents (Valued at R1 712 000.00)* to aid earthquake-hit Turkiye as part of our immediate response to the crisis.

Our priority is to ensure lifesaving assistance is given to those most in need, coordinated with the Turkish government and officials on the ground.

In the coming days, more consignments of emergency relief, trauma equipment with emergency health kits will be transported based on the assessments from coordinators on the ground.
