Emergency fundraising to assist with essential food items to the vulnerable and destitute during the 21-day national lockdown.
The fund will collect non-Zakaah donations from the public, procure the items from manufacturers and wholesalers and deliver directly to temporary shelters and the homes of beneficiaries of the Department of Social Development that unfortunately did not get their basic parcel this month.
The Gauteng Department of Social Services have partnered with us to identify problem areas and we will jointly oversee the distribution of the items to the most vulnerable areas.
